After all the changes through the years this restaurant came back to Rincon del Sol with the original owners and the original chef. The food is good & highly recommended!! Molcajete Dishes are very good!! Lunch Combinations are very affordable small for $6.99 & LG for $7.99.. WIth UNLIMITED chips and salsa, to top it off great bean dip..
Yes Highly Recommended! Original Owner Jessica Is Back. Food Is Great! Everything Is Back To Normal!! I Would Dare To Say That It Is Way Better Than Casa Alvarez, Margaritas, Efrains, Any Other Mexican Restaurant In Boulder!! Rincon has gone down hill to the bottom! – 8 years ago this was a fine Mexican Restuarant. I've been there twice in the past month with my wife. Both times we found the food bad. I had a burrito with Chili Verde. The refried beans are loaded with lard and offend the stomach. The chili verde was terrible. The quesidillas were made with stale American cheese. We would not risk it again.
Simple but tasty This is a great place to get some classic Mexican food. The quality is good and the prices aren??t half bad. I thought the flautas were most excellent and would recommend them to anyone. The staff is very helpful, creating a cozy family feel.
Basic Mexican This has place has changed hands numerous times over the years. Currently, the owners are doing a decent job. It's american style mexican food with all the standards.
I went in to Rincon for dinner. First we got chips, salsa and some bean dip (for free). I ordered a bowl of tortilla soup,which was fantastic in my opinion. My boyfriend ordered a delicious plate called Tampiquena (large portion). Would definitely recommend it!
