Melanie a former Olympic athlete and fully experienced Gyrotonic trainer as well as Pre-trainer ( forms future trainers) is the best source to train professional athletes in the Gyrotonic method to enhance their performance as well as to prevent and/or recover from injuries. Why? Because she has a direct experience. Above all, her positive demeanor, generosity, hard-work and loyalty inspires all those who know and train with her from her clients to her colleagues.
Melanie is an spectacular, caring, understanding and knowledgeable professional, besides being gentle, friendly and empathic. She saved me from surgery, ended my pain and get me back to my life. I will never be able to thank her enough. Strongly recommend.
