Dr Louie became my primary care physician about 2 years ago. He answers all my email queries within a couple of hours, patiently and thoroughly explains things to me, and takes immediate action when necessary. One of the best doctors I have had — ever.

Great doctor always thinking about patience
Dr. Nguyen and the staff at the Menlo GI Clinic made the process of getting a 10 year colonoscopy, if not pleasant, then at las as comfortable as possible. Dr. Nguyen has a very soothing, friendly manner to him. He lays out your options, makes a recommendation, but let’s you decide the best course of action. I was extremely comfortable with his professionalism and highly recommend him.
Dr Tran is a wonderful doctor. I feel that she listens to what I have to say and always has suggestions. I have been through quite a few doctors to deal with my thyroid disease and she is by far superior to who I had before treating me.

I can't speak for the doctor but her receptionist doesn't even know what hospital the doctor is affiliated with! When I rephrased the question and asked, "If one of her patients had to go to the hospital, which hospital would the doctor send the patient to?" The receptionist replied, "I guess the one closest to the patient's home". This did not instill confidence in taking my husband to this doctor. I just said, "Thank you and goodbye".
