Does not even understand terms such as PTSD, substance abuse (aftercare in particular), general anxiety disorder, or the definition of what psychiatry is for a patient. Maybe a good choice for geriatric issues because that is the one area I was able to find that this health care worker MIGHT be able to address. Research before you allow Aurora Behavioral Health to schedule you an appointment with a person who does not match any of your mental health needs. Also the visit was a video conference and extremely impersonal.
