I had to travel from CA to Billings MT due to a family emergency. My dear brother was admitted to the hospital & had heart surgery. He wasn't improving, so I had to come. The last thing on my mind was reading reviews about the hotel I was going to stay in. I just needed to get there. You could definitely tell the non-smoking rooms were at one point smoking, but for the price, not bad.
Rooms had a smoke, animal, musty smell. But okay place for the price.
I stayed here during the busy Garth Brooks weekend on Friday night, that night my husband had lost his wallet. I called Saturday afternoon to see if they had found it while they cleaned. The man that answered the phone told me that he couldn't discuss this with me, told me to call back tomorrow and hung up. I called Sunday morning and they said they hadn't seen a wallet.
