Had a U-joint go out in my frontend on my truck while traveling through Cody. They moved some work around and got my truck repaired same day. Great Job!! Taylor did a great job on the repair and was professional to deal with. Appreciate the extra effort getting me going!
Dishonest. Poor workmanship. The way I was treated, I suppose they only stay in business because of lack of enough competition. Update: Regarding the response from the owner --- there was no completed work or payment transaction. I find it interesting that the owner looked up my account history, which has my phone number, and then didn't call me to discuss what happened. He does not care. We noticed that one tire on our RV was losing air on our way to Cody from Yellowstone. I called Rimrock and asked if they could look at it for me. Morrigan told us to come right in and assigned Jerry to check it out. He found a leaking valve stem and had us back on the road in under an hour. Both Morrigan and Jerry get 5 stars in our book for speed of service, value for the money
