No. Our neighbors were often shady. Lots of turn-over. Cops were often there. Cops knew these apartments well, I later found out from a cop. The smell of weed was common-place. If you want a safe place for your law-abiding family, do not rent here!! We reported that the provided coin op laundry did not work well multiple times, they said we were wrong. People had taken pieces of the lining out. It took many hours to dry cloths. Hot water was iffy. If you live there for 5 years dont expect to be respected even if rent was alw... read more

I have lived at the Rimrock Park Apt. since March 2010 for the most part everything worked. I had problem with the hot water when I first moved in but that got fixed. My apartment flooded due to the boiler. The only other thing is the security system needs work. It was down for quite a while. The only one dryer in my building worked. YOu could here kids running around in the building but for the most part it was a nice place to live.
This letter is to inform you that is is our 30 day notice to vacate. We will be moving into our new home. We want to thank you for letting us live here for the past four years. You are a great landlord and this is a wonderfull place to live. Thank you for all that you have done for us. If ever I need a place to live I will be calling you first to see if you have any apartments for rent. Thank you..
