We were beyond happy with our stay at Rim Rock Lodge! It was so beautiful, the cabin could not have been cuter and more perfect for us, and the owners and other staff were unbelievably kind and friendly. We will definitely be back and would 100% recommend to anyone!
Absolutely breathtaking here! The best stay in the Black Hills!
This is the second time we have stayed here. It's such a peaceful and beautiful place. The owners bend over backwards to make u feel comfortable and answer any questions about the area. They r always making improvements on landscaping , cabins, etc. They added a art/ nature walk up to top of the hill that over looks spearfish canyon. It's really cool. Chairs and hammocks along the way to relax. Games to play at the top with a awesome view. A truly beautiful place in spearfish canyon to relax and enjoy. We will be back.
This was our 3rd year here. We will be back again next year. Geoff and Lori are the most amazing hosts! Couldn't ask for a more beautiful, peaceful place to vacation.
We had a wonderful stay in the Birch cabin. Great private deck out back. The renovation on these old cabins is very nice. So peaceful and quiet. We didn't want to leave. Stayed 3 nights the end of June

We spent our honeymoon bear and we stayed In the aspen cabin! It was a great price and the owners were very accommodating and made a fabulous breakfast! We couldn't have asked to spend our first week together as husband and wife In a better place! Highly recommend!!!
Best stay ever! Truly enjoyed everything about Rim Rock Lodge, Jeff and Lori our hosts were simply amazing and the incredible location provided the breath-taking solitude we were seeking as a family . Can't say enough about Spearfish Canyon and the cabins locations smack dab in the middle of the Black Hills National forest...this is what dream vacations are made of. Once again, thank you for your hospitality and making it a very enjoyable and highly memorable visit. God willing, we hope to see you again around the same time.... read more
