How do these people stay in business? I've been trying to get in touch with them for FOUR DAYS. I've called well over a dozen times. They NEVER answer their phone and they NEVER return messages. I would've given up on them a long time ago but someone recommended them to me, though I think now they did it as a prank. I will now thank that someone for wasting my time and find somebody else to fix my rim. Rim Pros, you will NEVER have my business, and I will warn everybody I know away from you.
They did an outstanding job of powder-coating my rims from stock grey and silver to an awesome black! Great customer service!
