I have recently purchased an online water leak prevention system from RIM. Not only did they help me research the best product but gave me different price point options. They recommended the best product for my needs. The product was delivered on time, I received a call when the driver was on the way and when they arrived. Awful experience. I bought a few electronic parts for my AC handler and didn’t end up needing them. I went to return the items and was denied as I was told on the receipt it states that. It does not. It claims a restocking fee and then lacking any coherence mentions all sales are final in one nice run on sentence. I talked to the manager who refused to look at my items which weren’t even removed from the boxes. Didn’t even give me the benefit of looking. R.I.M. Has always been my go to supply house forever. I have had the privilege of knowing Richard Campbell Sr. who was always a source of tremendous knowledge when I was a young plumber. Irene Campbell and Richard Campbell Jr. Have always put their customer first, their staff is as patient and knowledgeable as any I have come across in my 30+ years as a licensed master plumber.
