We recently needed braces for our daughter. Dr. Rim and his staff have been extremely professional the whole way through. Dr. Rim has responded to our questions promptly via email and even met us after-hours on a weekend to adjust a bothersome wire in my daughter's mouth. We would recommend his office to friends without hesitation.
Great Team great professional. Atmosphere is calm relax, every one are welcoming with smile eye contact, listen to their costumes issues and promptly provide feed back and answers. Every appointment the Doctor explain what why and theHow. Wonderful place I recommend to everyone.
Dr. Rim and staff have been fantastic with our daughter Jayden! Everyone is so friendly and knows us by first name when we walk in. It is great to have that family feeling when there. We have and would recommend them to our family and friends!
My 12 year old isn't thrilled to have to go to any type of doctor appt but he doesn't mind going to see Dr Rim and the office staff. Everyone is always friendly. And they talk to me AND Joey so he isn't just sitting on the sidelines. This makes us both happy! Thank you.
Both of my kids go to Rim Orthodontics. We are very happy with the treatment and always enjoy the warmth of the staff. Dr. Rim has a very gentle demeanor. He takes time to talk with the kids and helps keep them from getting too anxious. My son recently got his braces off and his smile looks great!
Highly recommended for sensitive kids. Kay and Dr. Rim are patient, willing to explain, talk to their kids at their level (not down to them). My 8 yr old son is just about to start his braces journey and we are already more than pleased with the care we have received so far.
Since my daughter has been seeing Dr. Rim since the transition from Dr. Thodas. There hasn't been one time her appointments or progress stalled. Dr. Rim has been a great Orthodontist and his staff has been most accommodating and professional. Thank you Dr.Rim and staff for doing such a great job!
