I have been going to this gym for over 10 years now. Best customer service going around in Sydney. Fantastic customer service from staff members Max, Matt and Helena also the management team, are very polite and friendly, every time I come in, they always greet me with a smile and ask how I am. I have never been to a gym that staff will do that. I recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to have a great experience. Regards, Sammy Ozman
Completely disappointed at their customer service! I called (13/05/25 at 10:30 am) the girl did not know the basics but claimed she has been working for 2 years! I wanted a month’s membership but they charge weekly and the cancellation is 30 days notice so effectively the minimum is 35 days (5 weeks)which she didn’t mention and even after a discussion/explanation from me ! Also she never mentioned the access card fee of $60(failure to disclose) so overall the fee for a month is $215 and not not $ $133 (as one would think c... read more
