Professional, quick to respond, and great plumbing work are the main things any homeowner wants during an emergency. Tracy and the crew delivered all of that and more. I came home from a trip to a house full of water and a broken water heater, and it turned into a stressful plumbing problem fast. After a quick search, I reached out and knew right away I had found the right plumber for the job. Tracy answered every question, explained the repair process clearly, and within a day everything was fixed and back up and running. T... read more

I had a shower valve stop working, and a screw had snapped off. Tracy went above and beyond, re-threaded it with a tap, upsized the bolt, saved the shower valve, and replaced the cartridge. I called again early one morning because an older washer shutoff valve needed to be replaced, and I needed the water service restored to the house as soon as possible. I had a great experience with a plumbing company after a water heater leak started in the evening. I noticed moisture, a light mist, and a hissing sound coming from the water heater closet, and the dispatcher helped me stay calm while I explained what was happening. The next morning, Brayden followed up to check that everything was... read more

Brayden was very professional and skilled, and the plumbing work was top quality. I needed help with a serious leak, and Riley & Sons Plumbers Co. came out on a Saturday and fixed the issue fast. The pricing was very fair in Ada, and there was no extra weekend charge like some other plumbers wanted to add. Brayden was also very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole service call go smoothly. I was so pleased with the leak repair and the clear communication that I already plan to have him come back for a wall-moun... read more

We are very thankful for Tracy and Brayden and would strongly recommend them for any plumbing work in Ada. Tracy was attentive while troubleshooting our somewhat complicated sewer line problem and took the time to explain what was going on in simple terms. He also pointed out another plumbing issue and included that work in the estimate, which made planning much easier. The pricing was very fair and competitive compared with the other estimates we received. Throughout the whole process, Tracy was patient, communicative, and ... read more
