About Our Store Riley's Pools and Spas is owned and operated by Brian Eilerman and Mark Hauser. Together they have more than 18 years of experience. Previously Brian and Mark both worked for one of the largest manufacturers in the industry. Brian and Mark had a vision to open the only full service pool and spa store on the west side of Cincinnati. This vision came alive on April 17, 2003. They have opened and closed my pool for many years. They do all my yearly maintenance. I have a salt water pool which they installed the parts. I would be lost without Mark and the rest of the folks at Riley's.
