Great doctors! Especially Dr Leber. However, the new receptionist at the front desk (the younger girl) is so rude and not nice at all. I called recently about my baby having a fever for 4 days and she told me there’s nothing they could do for me since there’s was no available appointments when the other lady I talked to gave me pointers on where to go and even got me in with someone else. In person she has the worst attitude and overall not friendly, not smile nothing. Not sure how she has a job working in a kid environment
Dr. Johnston was good with our daughter, but we felt as first time parents there weren’t enough steps or help when navigating small things. Also, you are not able to get same day, or next day appointments. So when our daughter had pinky eye at a week and a half old we had to go to a different doctor’s office. We kept trying to give them chances, but we had a concern about our daughter and we were not able to be seen until Monday, even though we were calling on a Wednesday. Our experience with Dr Sarah Daily has been incredible. She is brilliant and very helpful. My son actually looks forward to his appointments and check ins with her for his medication management.
