Absolutely horrible. My children have gone here for multiple departments from opthalmology to dental and it's always the same. They are inconsistent with scheduling to the point it has became ridiculous.. Waited 6 months for his follow up appointment because they couldn't get a clear view of my son's very obvious wondering eye and was given a call a week before his appointment telling me they have to reschedule again another month out. I don't understand how they are so unorganized.
I had a great experience. The appointments are far out and that’s the only downside. Other than that, her doctor was absolutely amazing. She had a lot of patience as well as the assistant. My daughter has a lot of trauma from the dentist so she was scared. But the doctor was able to ease her nerves and they were so nice and genuine and showed that they really wanted to help.
