My son was supposed to have the exam done under sedation because he won't cooperate, but now they come out with this bullshit about not having the pupillary distance measurement—it was all a waste of time. Scheduling the appointment was a disaster, too; at first, they didn't do it under sedation, and I had to wait a whole year just for them to come out with this nonsense. It was completely useless—they are a damn disaster.

The call center is a joke we was to be seen in January at Riley Opthalmology we made it in today after me calling and calling. Our daughter's had 3 surgeries and lost vision in her left eye in January suddenly while at school, we was told at the Riley ER follow up with her surgeon due to no findings and needing further testing. Thanks to the call center refusing an appointment, telling me the DC paper work said no follow up (it clearly did)they never called us back, never scheduling an appointment and only wanting to try to ... read more

Absolutely horrible. My children have gone here for multiple departments from opthalmology to dental and it's always the same. They are inconsistent with scheduling to the point it has became ridiculous.. Waited 6 months for his follow up appointment because they couldn't get a clear view of my son's very obvious wondering eye and was given a call a week before his appointment telling me they have to reschedule again another month out. I don't understand how they are so unorganized.
