Absolutely horrible. My children have gone here for multiple departments from opthalmology to dental and it's always the same. They are inconsistent with scheduling to the point it has became ridiculous.. Waited 6 months for his follow up appointment because they couldn't get a clear view of my son's very obvious wondering eye and was given a call a week before his appointment telling me they have to reschedule again another month out. I don't understand how they are so unorganized.
I had a great experience. The appointments are far out and that’s the only downside. Other than that, her doctor was absolutely amazing. She had a lot of patience as well as the assistant. My daughter has a lot of trauma from the dentist so she was scared. But the doctor was able to ease her nerves and they were so nice and genuine and showed that they really wanted to help. Took my daughter in for eye exam to get contacts. The exam and pair we received in the office was good. However after nearly two months we hadn't received it turns out it was shipped to the wrong address. They redo the order and ship, when we receive the order had my daughter removed the contacts she had and dispose because it was time . She installs new pair and can't see as well. Call and continuously am given the run around 400$ for the contacts and they act like oh really. Not really showing they care for your child in m... read more
