They let my son fall through the cracks, refuses to allow him on my portal but yet he is a minor, and nurses never call with test results have to keep calling until they will finally call back a week or two later which is ridiculous!
I cannot say enough how thankful I am for this office. My son was diagnosed in April of this year as a T1D and from the very beginning, each and every doctor, nurse, educator, person I have dealt with has gone above and beyond for us. We love an hour and a half away from this hospital so we had the choice between Riley and the children’s hospital in Louisville and I am so happy we chose Riley. I will always have great things to say about the team there. Thank you all so much! I wish I could repay what you’ve all done for us.
They will only see patients on Mondays and are completely inflexible, which really doesn't work with children who have school schedules and parents who have work schedules. The woman who runs the front desk was rude to my wife and wouldn't validate our parking because she said we parked in the wrong garage.
Doctor looked at my 8 year old 5'0 140 pound autistic child with obvious problems and said he was normal because he wouldn't allow her to look under his clothes. The most ridiculous trip I have ever taken and the most unprofessional, insincere doctor I have ever met. I didn't even get a strand of advice to help my child after driving over 2 hours to this facility. I left feeling overwhelmed and embarrassed with my son apologizing up and down to me, saying sorry because he simply did not know how to handle being touched.
