I would not rent from Riley Kuranishi again... Terrible experience i lived there for a little over a year and was one of the worst renting experiences ive ever had. It started with him texting me one day when he wasnt even home asking me how long i take showers for saying he has a leak detection monitiroing system that pings him every 15 mins if water has been running. I said 30 mins and he said thats well above average utilites are not cheap here i do charge extra if theres a spike in water usage even though my lease specif... read more

Riley was extremely helpful and answered all the questions we had buying our first home. Would highly recommend having him in your corner when buying a house!
