Unsure why I can't give a negative,⭐ Terrible place do NOT bring your children here! No one knows what the other is doing! They literally took my granddaughters insulin pump off which regulates her insulin! Most incompetent staff ever!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
The hospital is great, to be clear. The ER? Is absolutely horrible. This ER should be ashamed it’s even connected to the Riley name. The experience we just had at the ER was unacceptable. We drove hours to go here, they were expecting us, and I had to BEG to get him help, after he puked on the ground they finally gave him a medicine, only to wait another couple hours. Have you ever had to watch your 10 year old with a kidney stone and tell him even though you are in a hospital you cannot get help? **Edit** we have been here ... read more
Jennifer at valet was so kind and empathetic as soon as we arrived. I was scared and stressed and she immediately sensed that and her warmth put me at peace. Sometimes people show you a kindness in a moment in your life that makes a long-lasting impact and that was her today!!
People upfront thought they were kinda rude but loved my childs dr and nurse.
