Riley installed a new furnace last year, and I had a lot of construction post-installation. The service tech not only performed the usual maintenance, but also cleaned the furnace thoroughly of all the accumulated plaster dust.
************ is knowledgeable. He explains what he is doing and why. He checks everything out. This season, I turned on the heat, no heat. **** came out the same day and discovered the direct vent was clogged with debris, not allowing air flow. I now know, in the future, should I have a problem, I can check the direct vent for debris before calling for service.
Replacing our HVAC system was a seamless experience with great communication from both our service team, led by ****, as well as from the team in the office. This was the second time we've worked with Riley as we just moved, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
