Working with Riley Ford has been great. From Sales to Service I would give them a five star rating for all of interactions and experiences. I have had a couple random electrical issues with my Maverick but that is no fault to Riley Ford and their team.
I have a 2018 Ford Edge. When I picked this vehicle up in 2023...I decided to go with the 7/125,000 extended warranty. I did buy this vehicle from another dealer that was later bought out in another town, and, ironically, this Edge, actually was over in Plattsburgh at what is now Riley's!. 42,000 miles, and, as we all know, the crappy deals we had to endure, like a 5 year old vehicle for 84 months, at 8.1%, but, I couldn't afford a newer car! I had been looking for a Ford Maverick hybrid truck for quite a while and found one that was in transit to Riley Ford. The salesperson was very helpful and pleasant. Not pushy. I did know a lot about the truck so that helped guide my questions which he answered promptly. And worked to help get me better pricing. When the truck came in he even came and picked me up at the ferry from Vermont. I would recommend Riley Ford.
Was a great experience getting my first brand new vehicle. Ashley was a wonderful salesperson who explained all the options I had from the vehicle its self to the financing. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a new or even used vehicle.
