Great atmosphere!! Know we will get great care!
Highly disappointed in Riley Neurology. No sense of urgency to see an infant regarding seizures. After my child’s primary doctor reached out to Riley Neurology multiple times due to an increase in seizure activity and no known reasoning, they informed us they would not be able to have my child seen til the last week of September. After one call to Peyton Manning Neurology to discuss my child’s symptoms, they have us scheduled next week. Extremely disheartening!
Consistently long wait times to speak with anybody, just for them to tell you they'll have someone call you back. Poor communication all around. But the cherry on the cake was when they recommended our 6 year old daughter go to the ER due to increased frequency of seizures plus headaches and vomiting after a medication change. The ER doctor called the neurologist and asked if they wanted any tests run. The neurologist said she didn't want any tests, just to change the medication back to what it was. Severe Lack of Urgency in Treating Pediatric Seizures – Beware of Riley Neurology Our experience with Riley Neurology has been incredibly disappointing. When my 11-year-old daughter had her first seizure, Neurology didn’t even see her during her ER visit. After her second seizure, which caused a head injury at school, the head neurologist walked in pre-determined to diagnose her with syncope, completely disregarding clear signs that supported a seizure diagnosis. My child had a 3 day eeg done 14 days ago I have called and ask for the results and my child primary doctor has even tried to get these results and either they Don't answer the phone or they play stupid as to why the doctor hasn't read them yet I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE I use to think highly of riley hospital but this office is making me seriously have second thoughts
