Working with Rikke Anderson has been a terrific experience. To begin with , she has a lovely warm personality, that appeals to not only property owners, but also prospective tenants. There were some very difficult negotiations with demanding tenants, and if it hadn't been for Rikke's support and skill, I would have given up, and lost a very well paying lease! Rikke was wonderful to work with. Go with her, you won't be disappointed. She was patient in helping us first timers go through the buying process and found us the place that we always wanted at a price we could afford. Rikke was a pleasure to work with! She provided us with a very accurate CMA that allowed us to get a sense of our property value prior to paying for an appraisal. Thanks to her CMA we realized it was a perfect time to refinance and now we save hundreds on our mortgage every month!
