Honestly avoid this excuse of a medical professional. He made many assumptions about my health based on my appearance, ordered unnecessary tests, and asked me unnecessary/ NOT medical, personal, questions. When the tests came back with results that didn’t match the diagnosis he assumed, he would not return my messages/ follow up questions. Do better Mr Ozaki and try listening to your patients, they are people too.
Seems completely apathetic and heartless. He might one of those doctors who got his medical degree simply to make money regardless of his patients' well-being, if you judged him by his attitude and rudeness on the phone.
