Limor is amazing! So knowledgable, kind, and patient. With her help, I managed to find an incredible dress at exactly my price point during my first bridal appointment ever. The team was also super responsive and communicative throughout. Very, very happy with the whole experience :)

As soon as they got my phone number, they called me incessantly... 17 times in the last 8 days to be exact. They've called me multiple times daily, even after I spoke with someone and said I'd have to get back to them to see if I want an appointment. While I can appreciate their hustle, this is a terrible customer experience before even stepping foot in their store. Riki Dalal doesn’t even deserve one star! Horrible experience with this store. I had no problem giving them a deposit for our appointment, as we had a full itinerary for the weekend. Shopping for my daughter’s wedding dress, was a weekend planned out for several weeks before, to ensure that her bridal party would be able to attend.
