We have used Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath for three different homes over the past 6 years. Each time we have been extremely happy with their professionalism, attention to detail, follow-through and the ability to complete work exactly on time. Erika and team did an amazing job with our kitchen and office project. The timeline was detailed (we even got a binder with all the design details), you get one project manager who is on site daily to coordinate everything (and every sub contractor was friendly and professional where even if I was home alone, I was not concerned), the quality of work and attention to detail is also unmatched (one of our cabinet doors arrived slightly damaged and RIKB ordered a replacement right away). Our experience with RIKB was outstanding from beginning to end. The design phase helped us truly understand what was possible and allowed us to create our dream space in a remodeled master bathroom. The team helped us understand every step of the project and the work is impeccable. Can't recommend more highly, they made a potentially painful process relatively easy and we love the finished product!
The design and build process through RIKB was an amazing experience. We were clueless about where to start the remodel. We were redesigning the configuration of three rooms by taking down a wall, moving a door, as well as gutting the TV room.
