I brought my pandora charms to get them cleaned and they ended up messing up the painted parts of the charms when I told the owner she tried to blow me off and minimize it saying that it wasn't a big deal like the charms were for free. The messed the 10 charms and make it seems like I was lying and the charms were already messed up. Definitely the owner needs to work on the way she treats the customers.

33 years ago I gave my husband a gold rope chain for our first married Christmas together. He recently wasn’t wearing it because it got too tight around his neck so I brought it over to Rihners and they matched the chain perfectly and added two inches to the chain. He is proudly wearing it again. We are both so happy with the work that was done. Thank you guys for saving this precious keepsake for us.

It’s been 4 years since I’ve purchased this beauty from Rihner’s (with a lot of help & patience from Mrs. Marie) and I still get giddy every time I put it on my finger. Since opals are hard to clean.. anytime I think she needs a little sparkle, I bring her into the shop & they fix her right up!
