I bought a part that and took it to professional technicians and they told me it was not usable.I returned it to Rigsby's and they refused to refund or give a credit.The part had a core charge . I tried to give back the part as core so I can at least get back my core refund .They refused to refund the core charge also.Its very clear to me that they do not care that i get value for money spent in their store.I am very much dissatisfied and I will not ever deal with them again.
