Very slow to respond. Dealer out of town. When we finally heard from them we were told they were going out of business. It would be another 5 days until he returned. He was apparently the owner.
We went to see the Ford Escape, but it is only a 4 cylinder. We took it out for a test drive. We also took a Ford Explorer for a test drive. The person we talked to was a very nice person. I have recommended them to some of my friends.

I went in looking for something that just got sold . I asked if they had anything else aroiund my price range, they showed me a perfect replacement that I wasn't even considering. they made a first offer I coiuldn't relly accept. after sleeping on it I asked them to consider a comprimise. we met in the middle and it showed me they were more interested in my happiness and gained trust than in their top dollar.
