I am so incredibly happy to hear that Rigo is still in Bourbonnais! I cried when the Bistro closed. His cooking and lovely atmosphere were the only available "nice" restaurant in the area. After eating there once, we knew he was a true gourmet chef and had friends and family to his restaurant numerous times. I will be delighted to try his new location! I can't wait!!! I was a huge fan of his Crabcakes in champagne sauce and the mushroom streudel in the port wine reduction!
Great food, gracious owner, I will be returning. Also, the best waiter on the planet, Alfredo works here!!!

I came home to visit family and we ate at Rigo's. It was awesome. The serves is top notch and the food is excellent. I would highly recommend everyone to give them a try. You will not regret it.
Food was excellent - decor was very nice - service was great - never had an empty glass! Highly recommend this.
The best restaurant in town and it is affordable. I always order the lamb shank or something with the signature champagne sauce. Very consistent, always excellent! And the owner and his family are good people!

The crab cakes had good flavor but lacks meat. The mashed potatoes needed more flavor. The chicken had great flavor with the sauce. The vegetables were basically not there 4 small bites and they were gone. The claim chowder soup was good. My friend had steak and it was very good. Price for what we got thought it was a little pricey. We asked for our left overs to be packed up and they through them out. Gave a gift certificate and apologize for there error.
