I was there last December for a wisdom tooth removal, I filled out all the paperwork needed and when Asked if I had Insurance I said yes but I did not have my card with me at the time. So I paid cash. I was told by the girl in the front that I could provide that at my earliest convenience and that I would be reimbursed.
