Jesse is great to work with and very knowledgeable. He explains everything and makes sure you understand the process of claims so that you dont feel overwhelmed in all the red tape insurance policies have.
I wish I could give more stars. Jesse was wonderful with us. From the time we authorized him to contact our insurance he handled all communication with them. State Farm is notoriously difficult to get a claim approved, but he did just that. He made sure that when the insurance had to come out, there was always a representative from his company there to handle what was needed. The pricing here was very reasonable. I moved to Georgia from Florida I was about an hour away from his headquarters and they still showed up. Distance wasn’t a factor they came and they conquered. Thanks Rigid.
