Horrible Experience!!! After Bob Hanson installed my roof with 50 year shingles, insulation and a brand new roof deck...within a few months, my roof started to leak in every room in my house. I called him he came back to look at it, I showed him all the brown streaks running down my walls and he just kept saying there is nothing wrong with my roof.... I reported him to the BBB.... unfortunately I didn't have the money to fix the problem which I know now was he didn't ventilate my roof in any way. so condensation was happenin... read more
Roof leaked the first year roof was put on Bob Hanson refused to honor his 5 year warranty. I filed a complaint to the BBB. My home owners insurance company said they were definitely at fault . I do not recommend!!!
