RecommendedI loved it. I got a great car for a great deal and the service was amazing definitely recommend Tracy Austin.
The process was easy the lady that sold me my car was nice but I’ve had nothing but problems since I drove it off the lot and there is lots or previous issues that they did not disclose. Now I’m stuck with a 8000 parked car.
I was very sceptical when I got here. But Tracy did what she promised and worked hard on my behalf. I had very low credit and she made it happen for me. I left with the car I loved that I never thought would be possible. Thank you Tracy and the right way team, you are all wonderful!
I love them, This was my second time going to them.. The first with my equinox and now with my Altima.. Tracey helped me this time and she was awesome, Honest and fourth coming. She listened to what I wanted, what we needed and got us into something I absolutely love... I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE GO TO THEM... Dealing with Tracey was a pleasure, but everyone there are kind, understanding and personable.. So if you need a new vehicle this is the place to go to!
Got my car here great customer service walked in with no hope but Tracey said she would get me driving in no time. Got a call the next day me and my kids have a reliable vehicle now thanks to Tracey at right way. Also this will help my credit score thanks again Rightway.

They were very good, was only there 3 hours and a good sales rep Jermaine Harris got my mom into a 2015 ford fusion, a upgrade of almost 10 years compared to her 2006 ford fusion. Thank you very much i highly recommend this place I'm going back to get a better deal and get rid of my 2006 too.
