My experience was horrendous. The salesperson was told several times that I had a trade and constantly, I feel conveniently, forgot. A contract was written up and the trade was not on there. When asked why not he said that's how trades are handled. I asked someone else and he told them he forgot about the trade. All paperwork was redone and overlooked before him came to his desk.
