Went in there after talking to one of the people on the phone after being told things before I drove an hour or so to get there from work, and was told that they would accept my trade in which is on loan on the phone before i even went down there to get down there and was told that they will not accept my car that’s got 179,xxx miles on it. Was rude and was organized. & didn’t think it was cool of the way he talked to the manager, when I was told to ask for someone else, not the sales person.
I have gotten 6 cars from them and 3 have been paid off and 3 have perfect payment history. I needed to trade mine in and get something bigger. The salesman, Edward Tusing, was only with the finance manager 10 minutes and came back and said I would need 5600 dollars down. Are you joking me? We are very loyal to this company. With the experience today, we will not be back.
I just want to say thank you to Jim Bush for helping me find a vehicle. It was such a stressful week. Thanks again to everyone and RightWay for helping me out. If anyone needs help finding a vehicle Jim’s your guy.
It was great working with Jim and Ed I needed a car as soon as possible and they pulled strings and put me in a 2010 Dodge Charger they are life savers and highly recommended going and seeing them
