Everyone employee that walked by my wife in the dealership from start to finish was very professional. They addressed my wife and I by name which makes you feel like you are home. They congratulated us on our new purchase. Our salesmen was so professional. He made you feel like you were his family. I highly recommend Jim Mccrum and the rest of the staff at Bay City Rightway. Jim Mcrum contacted my mom because he knew she wanted a different vehicle and so 2 days later she got a 2009 Chevy Transverse. So far we are loving the new vehicle. Jim is very professional & honest man. We would definitely go back to Right Way and have him McCrum as a dealer.
