Meh, it's a business, you can't expect them to bend over backwards for you. That being said, their selection is kinda crappy, and their downpayments can be a nightmare. They're ok for a kid fresh out of highschool to get something for themselves as their first car. But if you're grown, and need something specific and have no credit or bad credit, your best bet is to pay cash for something. The downpayments can get ridiculous.
Do not purchase a vehicle from this establishment because they handle business unprofessionally and I have a pending state police investigation and the secretary of state is involved
