Why do you require your customers to leave a 5 star review when you give 1 star service.
This place doesn’t understand basic customer service, or basic diagnostic testing. They claim there is “no way to know” that a battery is bad. They have attempted repair multiple times on a vehicle that doesn’t start, only to have a shop that doesn’t work with their warranty deduce it was a faulty ground wire. A basic level of troubleshooting would have confirmed this; as the battery would still show a full charge but with a poor connection the charge can’t go anywhere. Friend bought a car here and has had nothing but issues. They’ve been awful working with her to resolve them too. Absolutely do not recommend.
RecommendedJust can’t thank Zac enough for helping our daughter get back on the road! My daughter was a 1st time buyer, and we assumed that meant the lowest budgeted car on the lot. What our girl got was so much more! Zac put her in a car with AWD, Fully loaded, low mileage, 2018, and safety features that are a parent’s dream, and worked diligently to ensure it was in her budget! I had a 5 star experience with Dan Mack and Zac. I needed a more reliable and safe vehicle. my credit suffered from life happening. RightWay was able to work with me and get me into a newer car than I thought possible and with a reasonable rate for my current situation. 10/10 These guys are great.
Zac Hice helped me get a car when I needed it fast. I came in expecting they’d put me in some older high mileage vehicle, but received the exact opposite!
