They do nothing but give you the run around something goes wrong. Been trying to get my windshield fixed since the 2nd week we've had our car (since aug 2019). Starting having major safety issues and they are now REFUSING to fix it! Im STILL under warranty too!
George carvalho was very helpful and attentive to my needs I left very happ and would highly recommend rightway and him for that matter
Darby is so awesome he even answers his phone after hours to help with any situation that I needed!! Great customer service doesn’t end at the end of a shift at rightway they are there whenever you need them!!!
Jesse helped me buy a car last night! It was a super fast process. It didn’t take days like other dealerships do. It literally took an hour. I needed a newer vehicle with 3rd row seating and low milage. He had just what I needed. He was super friendly and helpful. I am not proud to say that I have less then perfect credit. I went in and spoke to Darby about needing a car. My credit wasn't the best but Darby still was able to work with me & get me a great new vehicle! I definitely recommend anyone in the area to go see Darby & he'll get ya right!!
