Funny story, I was looking for a car today and i was going to Auto Maxx; however I saw Right Way, and I gave them a try and I must say I was extremely impressed by the staff, professionalism, etc, especially Angie Carslanger...extremely helpful, and she made sure I felt comfortable throughout my first car buying experience...Thank you so much Angie..you guys are number one and you have a me as a loyal customer :)

I had such a wonderful experience with Angie Carslanger! She helped me when no one else could! Got the car Ive wanted for awhile and she worked with every issue I threw her way! It was quick and easy and she made such a breeze! Go see my girl!!
Bought my van with some 50 point inspection. Check engine light on, Oil light on, when it got warm enough to test the AC doesn't work, struts are going, brakes are making a terrible sound. Contacted about the AC since I bought it in the cold of the winter they put freon in it...no dice. Talked to them about at least helping me fix my AC. No dice. Less than 4000 miles on this vehicle since I bought it. I will never again deal with this company.
So annoyed that they got rid of our trade in without removing our brand new plates. They take no responsibility for anything after they make the sale. We already rescheduled our vacation because they were closed on a Saturday ( likely hungover ) and now have to postpone again to get new tags.
