my rightway experience was absolutely amazing, Jason helped me find the perfect car that best fit my personality.
Worst customer service, waited almost two hours for them to tell me they were working on it and would give me a call by the end of day, I ended up calling them and still no direct answer on where they could help me! Called the next day and no answer. Ended going somewhere else and walked out with a new car, low mileage; great warranty! I expected more from Rightway because I’ve been a loyal customer and have bought 3 cars from them!
