Jemila front desk associate helped me get signed in as fast as possible. Paris the medical assistant was kind and understanding. Azin Raouf, CRNP took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to help me get answers.
First and foremost, the professionals that work there are great. We’ve had positive experiences once we actually see the provider. I’ve removed a star for their process/wait time. I made an appointment for 1pm, yet was not seen till 2:30. I was then told after waiting an hour that there’s essentially no value/priority given to those who make an appointments. Going forward if we need urgent care, we won’t bother to make an appointment.
