Katherine at the Fountain Hills office was great to work with. Good customer service.
Despite a 12 month lease they’ve raised unit rent 3 times since changing ownership.
Renting a unit is simple and straightforward. Priced reasonable, safe and secure access. The problem is if you pay for more months and try to get a refund for an unused month. It took literally 4 months to get a refund for 1 months rent. This was after multiple calls to both the location and corporate. Finally their escalation department stepped in and did the right thing...refunded my money. Moral of story pay only for what you will actually use.
Katherine is truly The Best!! She was professional, friendly, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure the entire process moved efficiently and in a timely manner. I received great service every step of the way. Thank you so much! Best regards,
