We had a clogged kitchen sink and needed service quickly since not being able to use the sink is a major inconvenience. We were able to reach someone late at night and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately, after waiting through the appointment window, they called near the end to cancel and said they needed to reschedule due to more important jobs that came up.
