Techican Erick was informative, respectful and got the job done
The service is very good. The maintenance person was very nice and explained thoroughly. However, you cannot talk to a person when you call for help. AI will answer the phone and it is not helpful at all. When I said I want to talk to a human, it transfer me to the same AI. Helpless and useless. It is amazing that I could make an appointment for the maintenance. Only reason I keep this company is the mechanics/maintenance persons are very good.
The technician (Sean O’Hara) responded promptly to fix my Nest Thermostat. While in my home he was very professional and informative as to the issues going on with my thermostat. He deserves higher than 5 stars and is definitely a credit to RighTime. 12/17/24: After almost 2 weeks since service was completed I’m still waiting for my receipt for service.
