This company came to my home to give estimate they were sent through Home Depot for HVAC . Cody the service tech came over and inspected the unit and provided estimates for new HVAC system, during his inspection he broke the stairs on Aug 26 and since then now dogging the calls and txt , Iv called company main number and it seems like call center and their sales manager or operations team would not return calls either. Worst possible experience. Avoid this company at all costs. The tech came out for a routine servicing on 9/5/26. The tech accidentally broke the blower motor while cleaning. It is now day 9 of no a/c in my house. We have over 20+ calls into this company asking for an update. They schedule someone to come, we take the day off. Then no one shows up. We have now used two sick days because of a no show tech. This is all happening during a heat wave. We had to spend $1,000 on portable a/c for our children's bedrooms because the t... read more

Hogan was very polite and professional and finished the tune up efficiently. He identified a problem with the air scrubber, which was still under warranty and replaced it at no cost. Very satisfied!
