Hard hit to credit 9 times, wasn’t even there or authorized it. Been leaving messages for a month now no one has responded to calls, voicemails, or text. Very unprofessional place I’d give 0 stars. Horrible place,
Jeanie was excellent. She allowed us to take our time and ask questions. While the financing part was being done she went over all the Kia had to offer. Never once made us feel pressured but did make us feel like she genuinely wanted us to find the best fit for us. They helped us find the right financing option for our budget. Over all a very laid back and welcoming experience.
I went in looking at a jeep 16k, they told me they couldnt do that, but they were trying to get me in a 2020 for 25k, I did not want that so I left. To this day I am getting denial letters for the 2020 jeep they tried to push on me; none of the inquiries were for the jeep I actually wanted. Buyer beware, prospective buyers beware.
Had a good experience and they earned my business. Everyone that i worked with was easy to get along with and answer all questions or found the answer. Their boss needs to give them a raise.
Very knowledgeable and helpful both Jeanne & Joey went above and beyond to help me get this truck thanks again !
