Great Job by every one involved!!!!!! Very fast, clean up was excellent. Second job they completed for me. Foamed my garage 1st time 2nd replaced underlayment on tile roof. Great company to do business with.
We had multiple estimates to redo our entire roof on our house. Although Right Way Roofing was not the cheapest estimate, they are providing better materials and a 50-year warranty instead of the normal 10-year warranty. The foreman and the roofing crew that completed our roof did a great job and they always spoke to me about any issues that came across. My family and I had an amazing experience with Right Way Roofing. Everyone was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. My family and I looked into many different roofing companies and received a handful of different quotes. Where do I start, it was a complete crap show from the beginning. Gary was my assigned project manager. He called told me the project would start on Thursday. Thursday came, no show, I called him and very sternly he said your project starts on Friday and if you don't like it, get another roofing company. I called the office and Nikki told me she would get back to me. She called stating Patrick would be coming by to try and smooth things out. We had our roof underlayment replaced about 3 years ago. Kevin and team did a great job and we were extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of work completed. Yesterday we experienced some wind and lifted several tiles. I contacted Nicki at Right Way Roofing and she was able to coordinate to have Kevin assess the situation the following day. Kevin was able to seat the loose tiles and replace the damaged tiles on his visit. Great service and greatly appreciated their prompt service.
