We enjoyed working with April! We were first time home buyers without a clue and she helped walk us (more like held our hand) through the entire process. She’s very straightforward and to the point which is what we needed and something we really liked about her. She is someone we now consider a friend and we are very grateful for her help. My grandfather also bought land from her and her husband, Terry, did the dirt work. We loved working with Terry too. Both very nice people who we would recommend.
