Great company! Good deals. The deals are even better if your a member. Shipping is fast. On the norm it takes 5 days to get my items. Not once have I had any problems with the staff or support. Wish they had a shop in Kansas i could work in. The only thing I have ran into that i dislike is the mystery box deals. I have ordered one per month for the last 3 months and have gotten the same item all 3 times. Other than that I love the company.
RecommendedGreat service and reasonable prices. Definitely shop here for most of my anime or mangas. Those most items are never stock (1 to 2 months) or out of stock I don't really mind.
I have made several purchases with them and in my most recent purchase USPS has lost it. I called to inform them to only be told I have to wait 30 days from the shipment to do anything or I can wait on hold with USPS for the hour plus wait times. Why is it I have to locate your package for you? The rep tells me to look at their polices which makes no note of how I’m responsible for tracking down their package but it does state they treat every order like it was their own which is a lie.
