Stop requiring new customers to either call them or send photo copies of ID and credit cards just to place an order. I've just canceled my order. Won't be using them again as I'll just order from a company with better customer service and not one living in the 20th century.

Cancelled my order. Now I’m out $70+ dollars. Talked to customer service and the girl assured me that a refund was put in but my bank says otherwise. Now I’m getting another answer. Don’t even bother wasting your money. Talk about a headache before the holidays....
Recommended5 stars. Arrived a day earlier than expected and was packaged very well and the products are amazing. Have heard of this company years ago but never purchased anything untill this year. Will most defintaly purchase from this company again!

RecommendedTheir way of packing their boxes actually deterred someone from stealing from my box! Huge thank you to them for packing their boxes the way they do or else my loot would've been stolen. Also amazing collection of stuff on their site love it! Will definitely continue shopping here, love it!
RecommendedOrdered some stuff, it arrived quickly and was packaged nicely. Only heard of this place because of FUNimation, but now I've had two orders received, and one more on the way with Christmas presents. Includes tracking as well, that's always a plus.
